Activation
Contact our team to apply. Activation follows business verification, an agreement and the service launch conditions; submitting an application does not activate your account. Do not present a test account as a real collection point.
Manage your locations and team
Use the correct branch QR or code and verify each payment in your interface. Give staff only the access their roles require. Remove departing staff access. Refunds use authorised roles.
Payouts
Collections may precede contractual payout. Corresponding funds remain in dedicated settlement during that period. Check receiving account, schedule, fees and payout details; no KASAPAY balance does not mean instant payout.
