Pay a merchant

Identify the location

Scan the QR or enter the merchant’s code in the app. Check the displayed merchant name and location. If details do not match, do not confirm; ask for the correct code.

Confirm and check

Before confirming a real payment, review the recipient, amount, currency, payment method, fees and total on your phone. This complete review is required before live payments open. Test screens may not yet include every item; do not use an incomplete test summary for a real payment. A demonstration result does not prove a real debit or receipt. A confirmation screenshot does not replace the merchant checking payment in their own interface.

Returns or problems

For a goods return, contact the merchant with the reference. For a debit without confirmed payment, contact support and avoid paying again without clarification. See refunds.
