Channel and verification
Authorities may contact KASAPAY through the legal notice contact details with “Official request” in the subject. Official addresses help verification but do not replace legal authority; absence of a government domain alone does not justify rejecting a valid instrument.
Required information
Identify the authority, signatory and verifiable contacts, case reference, legal basis and instrument, requested data, period and necessary identifiers. Foreign requests follow legally applicable mechanisms. Urgency must be explained and handled under actual powers and duties.
Data and settlement accounts
KASAPAY may hold identity, instrument, payment and login information and settlement-account references. No user balance does not mean there are no transit funds in accounts in its name.
Measures affecting these payments are assessed and coordinated with the holding institution according to the instrument received. This page does not declare funds or accounts immune from seizure or limit lawful authority powers.
Proportionality and confidentiality
Disclosures are limited to the valid scope and recorded. Requested preservation, confidentiality and any user notification follow the law and applicable instrument; systematic prior notification is not promised. See privacy.
